Cummins Tach Sensor Wiring

Having a little trouble with the wiring on this need a simple wiring for dummies course.

Cummins will sell the sensor but they don t have wiring diagrams available. The swaphelper is an electronic signal conditioning device. I am replacing the tach because it will intermittently stop working. Is there a simple diagram or better yet a picture on how to wire this.
